Since August 2022 I have been leading as Project Manager the implementation of a PAM platform for OneIdentity Safeguard and Wallix Best Safe. As part of this project, I have been responsible for the management of the project team, the financial management of the project and the successful delivery of the project.
Among my main responsibilities were:
- Define and control the project budget and planning.
- Manage the communication with the client, including regular meetings and progress reports.
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
During the implementation of the PAM platform, I have gained experience in managing information security projects and using tools such as OneIdentity Safeguard and Wallix Best Safe for privileged access management. I have also developed leadership and effective communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and ensure project success.
